[REL] Water Pipe With Tap

Another 3D model from me, a water pipe with tap used by Ivan Braginsky, personification of Russia in Axis Powers Hetalia. Replaces golf club.

HOW TO USE(for IMGtool):
Replace golfclub.dff & golfclub.txd with what you want in archive.

Do what you want with my mods but please, give credits to me & authors whose work I used(for the less literate: the one in credits).
