[REL] Polish Winged Hussar from Mount & Blade: With Fire & Sword.

 First time porting from something which isn't .dff already. Because GTA needs
more hussars.

 HOW TO USE(for IMGtool):
Put hussar.dff & .txd in skin.img located in CLEO directory.
